Do you accept returns or refunds?
All orders are final sale. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Please review the product details, size chart and order information carefully before placing your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available with a 20% advance payment to confirm the order. The remaining 80% is payable at the time of delivery.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed after confirmation and dispatched once they are ready. Delivery generally takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
How do I choose my size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Measurements are provided in centimetres (cm), including the garment’s width and length. Choose your size based on the measurements rather than your usual size, as our shirts have a boxy fit.
